It may be a while longer before we see Anne Burrell back in a New York City kitchen: According to subscription-only service Publishers Marketplace, the Secrets of a Restaurant Chef and Worst Cooks in America host just netted a “major deal” (meaning $500,000 or over) to do two books for Clarkson Potter. Her first, “showcasing her love of Italian food and teaching,” will be published in November of 2011.
