Last night at the Golden Hearts dinner honoring Carolina Herrera, Grub Street had a quick chitchat with Calvin Klein about his favorite takeout, about which he is quite fastidious. He tells Grub, "I order from this Japanese restaurant, usually, most of the time." So there are a lot of takeout boxes around the house? "Yes, but only Japanese."
