It hasn't been the best few weeks for Mario Batali, and now, his sweet little angel, Lupa, has been beat up a bit by the New York Times. Not much, but enough to include in the disheartened one-star review that sardines were "fishy and salty," that several antipasti were "one-note," and a round of acorn squash was "dull." [NYT]
