Torrisi, Waverly Open to More of the Public

Scoring tables at Torrisi Italian Specialites and the Waverly Inn just became slightly less of a hassle: Feast reports that Torrisi will now be open on Mondays (with a four-seat bar!) starting September 20, and Zagat has it that the Waverly is now accepting public dinner reservations at 917-828-1154.
